Oral presentations have to be prepared and presented in English and cannot exceed 12 minutes (with 3 extra minutes for possible discussion). It is recommended to use Power Point. Please time your lecture carefully. The Chairperson of each session will strictly indicate when your presentation is reaching this time limit.

It is not necessary that the presenting author brings his or her own computer. There will be a Windows based laptop computer available in the session room. When starting each session all the oral presentations files must have been checked and saved in the system to avoid possible delays. Therefore, contact with the organization as soon as possible for checking and loading your presentation.

Recommended poster format: A0 (0.84 m x 1.19 m). Posters must be prepared in English. Please use font sizes which could be read at 1 m distance. The heading should include the title of the work, the authors’ names, affiliations and e-mail address of the presenting author.

The poster authors are kindly requested to place the poster in the corresponding board during the morning of the session at which they will be presented. Materials to secure posters to the boards will be provided by the Organizing Committee. Posters must be removed just after the poster session finishes. Authors are expected to stand by their posters during the poster sessions for discussion with interested participants.
